Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Tasteful Selections® Bite-Size Creamers
- 1 green bell pepper, large dice
- ½ medium red onion, sliced ¼-inch thick
- 20 grape tomatoes, whole
- 2 Kirkland Signature™ polish beef sausage, fully cooked, sliced ½-inch thick
- ¼ c. Kirkland Signature™ extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ pure sea salt
- 1 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
- Slice potatoes ¼” thick lengthwise; toss all vegetables and sausage with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast on sheet pan at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden.
