Mom's Meatloaf with Crispy Garlic Parsley Potatoes
Garlic Parsley Potatoes are born to pair with classic meatloaf. The garlic and herbs go perfectly with this classic comfort food and its glaze of tangy ketchup.

Instructions
Mom's Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine ground beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to loaf pan.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together in a small bowl until well combined; spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.
Air Fry Potatoes Your Way™ Garlic Parsley
Cut potatoes into quarters or cubes right in tray.
Toss with 2 tbsp. cooking oil & seasoning
Transfer potatoes to air fryer. Air fry 18 min. @ 400°F (shake @ 9 min.).
