Ingredients

Sweet Peach Tea Glaze

  • 2 bags preferred Iced Tea
  • 12 oz. bottle Peach Syrup

Air-fried Mini Sweets

  • 12 oz. mini sweet potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1 packet brown sugar cinnamon seasoning* (Included in Sweet Potatoes Your Way™)
  • Honey Roasted Pecans, crushed for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine peach syrup & tea bags. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium & simmer until syrup thickens, about 20 minutes. Strain & discard tea bags, reserving syrup.
  • While syrup is cooking, combine sweet potatoes & oil in a medium mixing bowl; toss until well-coated. Transfer potatoes to air fryer basket & air fry at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown, shaking halfway through. Return to mixing bowl & toss in cinnamon sugar seasoning. Portion potatoes as desired. Drizzle with sweet peach tea glaze & sprinkle with crushed pecans, if desired.

Notes

Peach syrup can generally be found in the liquor department.

*Seasoning substitute: 2 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. sugar & ¼ tsp. cinnamon
