Ingredients

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ¾ c. heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 10–15 minutes.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic & sauté for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Slowly pour in cream & let sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing it to thicken.
  • Toss the boiled potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce, ensuring that each potato is well-coated.
  • Garnish with salt, pepper & chopped parsley.
