Ingredients

1 lb. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper, ground
4 oz. white cheddar cheese curds
½ c. gravy, brown, beef or mushroom
¼ c. crispy onions, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, oil, salt & pepper. Toss until well-coated.
Transfer potatoes to the basket of an air-fryer & cook for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway.
