Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • 2 lbs. steaks, cut into chunks
  • Veggies of choice, cut into small chunks (onion; bell pepper; mushrooms)
  • ¼ c. olive or avocado oil
  • Jalapeño Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Boil water, then add potatoes & parboil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a small bowl, combine oil with seasoning; whisk together & set aside.
  • Thread potatoes, steak & veggies onto skewers. Brush with oil mixture. Grill, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to your desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes total. Carefully remove from grill using oven mitts or tongs (DO NOT TOUCH METAL SKEWERS WITH YOUR FINGERS). Serve immediately.

Recipe Tips

Parboiling the potatoes makes it easier to skewer and assures the potatoes will be cooked through!
